CREDIT REPAIR SEMINARS OFFERED BY WILLIAM LYON HOMES

Don’t let credit troubles get in the way of buying a new home

Pittsburg, CA— In a concerted effort to educate homebuyers, William Lyon Homes will host Free Credit Repair Seminars this Saturday, October 18th at their two master-planned communities, Vista Del Mar in Pittsburg and Rivergate Laurels in Antioch. The seminars will offer information on an important topic in today’s market: resolving credit problems and finding new resources for purchasing a home.

Bay Area credit advisor, David Yee, will be on hand at the Vista Del Mar Sales Center on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. for the first seminar. “Many potential homebuyers long to acquire their dream home but they have been turned down due to bad credit,” explains Yee. “In this seminar I will provide answers to their questions and give them valuable tips on how to improve their credit.”

That same day at 1:00 p.m., the second Free Credit Repair Seminar will take place at Rivergate Laurels in Antioch. Refreshments will be served at both seminars.

Yee explains that “credit repair not only helps homebuyers get their ‘dream home’ but will also save them money on the lifetime of the loan when they are able to secure a lower interest rate
“We are pleased to offer these seminars, especially in today’s tough economy when it is more important than ever to have good credit,” said Dave McKown, director of sales and marketing for William Lyon Homes. “Mr. Yee is a trusted coach who has assisted many individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity for new home shoppers to find out ways to increase their credit scores and be one step closer to buying their ideal home.”

In an effort to help alleviate some of the pain at the gas pump, William Lyon will also be offering $25 gas gift cards to visitors who bring this article and participate in the free credit seminar while supplies last.
